E-Mail Alias Request Form

Has anyone out there been able to use this form? Or know when it is supposed to be fixed? Would like to get my name into the member directory, but have had no luck. Tracy

what is the registration number? im new here, and i dont know anything about regsitration #'s and stuff

The registration # is from your USMS registration card.
