For training motivation I registered for an upcoming meet July 19th in Northern KY. My age is 28 (f)...and I've been back for about 8 weeks, after almost 10 years off. Before coming back, was in decent shape.
I'm nervous about REALLY getting dusted in the meet...does anyone know what normal or average times are for the 50 free, 100 free, 50 ***, and 100 ***?

Jerrycat .I would worry not about your laqyoff. If you entered those events ,apperntly you swam them at a early time in your youth. So practice them to your limits for now. After the meet you can adjust your training. but prior I would train for stamina. It took me 45 years to get back to swimming, which I did about 4 years ago. Lots of luck.:) :cool: :)
