My 6 and 8 year old children swim on a local team. Any feedback/suggestions/recommendations for instructional swimming videos I might purchase for them? Thanks!
I would also suggest that you look into the USMS Video Library. Through the Coaches committee, Masters has built a large library of swimming videos, which are available to USMS members. For more information check out: www.usms.org/coach/videos.shtml
If they are still swimming, then they qualified for AllStars or Ponderosa. No need to change anything now, particularily with only one week left in the season. Next week go to Swim Shops of the Southwest and ask the same question. They will point you in the right direction. Best of luck to your kids this weekend!
