I'd like to get some feedback on warming up prior to a meet. I usually swim mulitple events in one day. Prior to the meet, I warm up with 600 yards of increasing intensity and then follw this with a few off the block sprints. 15 minutes prior to my event, I'll "get wet" with some easy lengths, concentrating on form. If its an IM event, I'll practice a couple of back to *** turns. After the event, I'll warm down with 150 to 200 yards and the cycle begins again.
I'm looking for some feedback on my routine and I'd like to read some others. Before Masters, my only meet experience were highschool dual meets. I remember warming up before the meet and thats it.
Thanks,
Michael

Sounds like a great warm up. If it works for you keep it.
