I just learned how to use the kickboard yesterday, but I don't know how to keep myself moving without stopping to give myself a push start in the middle of the lane. How can I just kick start off from the wall and keep myself going?

keep Kicking! Kick boards can be a hard to use and you may have to work up to using one, sounds like you are tiring out in mid lane.You will improve with practice!
If you are new to the kick board + kicking drills in general and you are finding it hard, it probably means your ankles are currently not flexible enough to enable a fluent kicking practice. So you probabky need to increase your ankle flexibility whcih can be done through specific ankle flexibility exercises and kick board work - practice makes perfect
