Boulder Aquatic Masters is a city-sponsored swim club in Boulder Colorado. We currently have a volunteer board, 1 head coach, 3 part time assistant coaches, and approximately 180 members. We have been incorporated as a non-profit organization for several years. Our days as a city-owned program are numbered and we will be privatizing this year. We are hoping to contact groups that have gone through this process or something similar. We would like input from both coach-owned and board-owned groups (and if there is yet another route, we'd like to hear about that too).
