 Hi everyone. I just wanted to find out what your favorite workouts are? :D

My favorite right now is a Backstroke pyramid (Mayan, not Egyptian) starting with a 50 and building by 50 all the way up to 500 and back down followed by a 100 easy freestyle then a 400 IM. Then I repeat the whole thing. Total yards 12000.
Peter you are amazing. I couldn't even do 12,000 yards in a day when I was younger. I was on teams that sometimes workout that much but I fell behind the intervals. and probably ended cutting out about 2,000 yards of the workout. My free and backstroke got me behind. The most I did in a day recently was during the holiday period because I could only swim two days. On those days, I swam double workouts about 3,000 per workout and a total of 6,000 yards different strokes-not all freestyle like some people.
If I went to the pool and swam 12000 yards my next work out would be at divorce court. I have a great wife but I am so slow I do not think she would want me to be at the pool for that long.
How long does it take you to swim that 12000, and your age is? I am 47.
Have a great day

Actually yall, if I'm doing my math correctly, that amazing workout is 12,500 to 14,000 depending on whether or not he repeats the 500 at the top of his pyrmid and his cool down between sets. The pyrmid alone is 6,000 to 6,500 then figure in his 500 to 1,000 warm down. But who's counting, right?
Wow, congratulations! That is an awsome accomplishment!
