I have a question regarding a butterfly kick. What should be an acceptable ratio between 25 yards timing swimming fly versus fly kick only. For example, my best push-off time on 25y fly is 13.68 and my kick time is about 21 sec. I also can do 1000y fly kick
under 20 minutes with a kickboard. So my general assesment that I am a slow kicker with reasonable stamina.
Also are there any drills to improve kicking.
Any comments?
