I'd just like to thank Jean Sterling and Tzsegal if you guys are out there. I've already used some of the workouts posted by you guys, I think they're great. Some of the others seemed like too much but with these I get the chance to just have some physical activity I definatly need as a college student without spending more than two hours working out because I usually don't have that much time.

Now that is funny - I sometimes shave off a bit of the yardage too - most often it is kicking that gets dumped (I hate to kick unless it's breaststroke kick).
Hi Amber - thanks for the encouraging words. I always enjoy a workout that I can do! :-) I somtimes find that the workouts that Mo Chambers put up are doable for me, so you might want to sometimes look at those too.
