New swimmer, I'm actually from a smaller town about 1 hour away but I'm in Huntsville about twice a week. I've just started swimming so I can enter triathalons. I bike and run but have never done much swimming. I bought Terry Laughlin's book total immersion and his approach to swimming makes since. Do you guys know of anyone in huntsville or the surrounding areas that teach this method, and if so can you send me their names and numbers. Thanks Mike

I don't know a TI teacher, but the Huntsville Swim club has a masters group that works out in the morning and evenings. You can find the workout times at www.swimhsa.org.
