Im starting to swim again, after some years I dont know a lot of thinks about competitive swimwears , so i really need some help because idk if the legskin (pants) are available for competition or now the people only just them for open water activities. Well, after some years im outdated sorry

No, legskins were made illegal in 2010, along with the full-body suits. Males can only wear briefs or jammers in competition today.
Slight clarification of Jack's comment: suits with legs that extend to the ankles, provided that they are of approved fabric, are legal for USMS open water swimming.
