Lava Suit (neoprene jammer)

I just purchased a TYR lava suit...primarily for longer distance open water swimming (maybe I should ask this question the the open water forum). Just wondering if people wear only the suit, or if some sort of liner is necessary. Dan

Nah, unless you’re doing a Tri and plan to strip out of it, just do the single layer. Adding anything under increases your chance for chafing
