I used to swim with the 5am palm beach masters but was forced to stop and obviously left with nothing outside of travelling 40mins to an hour at 4am.
I'd like to continue with a 5am program, because I like it and it fits perfectly with my schedule, so I'm basically looking for a group of people in the palm beach(RPB) area interested in getting a group together.
