HI Everybody
My right side lower back is much stronger than the left one. That is causing me muscle imbalances and scoliosis. I just swim freestyle with a snorkel and sometimes finns. I usually swim once a week for about 40 minutes so I usually swim 1500 m. My problem is that after that my right side lower back is pumped up and it exacerbates my scoliosis. Doctor told me two things to do .
1-Swim freestyle with just one arm. But I am not sure which arm in order to just exercise the left side(remember that I am using the snorkel so I am not twisting to get air)
2- Another thing he told me is to swim with just one fin but again I am not sure which one I need to put. Doctor did not tell me.
I have spent three days searching the web but I could not find this kind of information. Please could anybody advise me? Is there any other techniques to just exercise my left lower back?
