I have finished 6th in 200m back and 8th in 200m medley in a strong age group 35-39.
Thank you. I was hopping to swim a little bit faster. At 200m backstroke my split was: 33.2/36.3/37.6/35.0.
I had the best last 50m of all guys in my age group but unfortunately, I was very slow at the beginning..I am moving up next year to the 40-44, so I was the oldest guy but I am still a little bit disappointed.
