Has anyone else noticed the benefits of meditation? I started because I read from a book that Phelps did it, and I could have not guessed the positive impact. Being able to focus and relax are just a couple. It improved even my social life (probably because I learnt to relax in many ways). You can take a class virtually (hackself.org) or in person (tm.org). The key is to be consistent. Hope it helps many others!
