So recently Caeleb Dressel just broke the All American record (50.03) and from watching his race, I saw that his pulldowns were much longer both time and distance wise than anyone else (his feet were past half the pool after he pulled). So I kinda came to the conclusion "wow pulldowns are so important in 100 scy breaststroke."
So what i'm trying to get to is how can I get better at pulldowns? Is there some drills/workouts that you could do for a more improved pulldown?
