Most backstrokers I know - including myself - would say that dolphin kicks on your back are far more effective and natural, than kicking face down.
Well of course they are for us backstrokers... that's one of the reasons we are backstrokers :)
Anyway ... back to fantasy football talk - yes, a sub 1:30 200 free would indeed be the stoutest swim on record.
That would be awesome to watch. I bet he'd pull Townley with him under 1:30 too - Haas really seems to race up or down to his competition. Too bad Florida absolutely needs Dressel for the other relays and really shouldn't need him to win the 800 relay considering they already have 3 potential 200 free A finalists on their roster...
