NO THANKS!!! i'll leave that to Kurt Dickson i like warm water, a stripe on the bottom to follow, and a wall (and sometimes a gutter to urp in)

Ahhhh... all those sports movies/videos about athletes in ice water tanks. I'm sure there is something to this from a painkilling standpoint, but I'm not a big fan, myself.
