What oil/lotion do you use on skin before a meet to cut time? Is baby oil ok to use before a race or is there another commercial product specifically designed for swimming competition? Thanks.
It is no longer legal to use oils etc. for the purpose of swimming faster.

1. Because it is allowed in 102.21.1B as swimwear
2. Because it keeps the hair from my rapidly balding head out of my eyes. :-)
