I did a pretty intense weight workout last week then swam the next two days. Now, I'm having a burning pain in my tricep/bicep area (fortunately it's not the shoulder) when I bend my arm like the start of the crawl. I wonder if anyone has experienced this and what you've done for it. I've already taken a couple days off from exercise, used ice and ibuprofen, but nothing seems to make it go away.
Thanks, Kenny. It feels like a pinched nerve or a tear, but I tried to ice it and took an anti inflammatory and nothing helped. I'm hoping rest is the answer but it's kind of discouraging since I was just starting to increase my laps and it only hurts with my arm bent and elbow pointed up.
