Thanks for the schedule, Ande. I'm sure we all have our favorite events, but I am particularly interested in the 100 fly. The Schooling/ Dressel rivalry sounds like it is heating up (in a healthy way) and could be quite a showdown. Who knows though. There is a LOT of quality in this event. Is anyone willing to make a pick?
I think Schooling is almost a lock for gold, but minor medals are certainly up for grabs. China's Li Zhuhao put up the world's first 51-point of 2017 and you can't count out Le Clos!

Sjostrom's 100 lead off in the 4X100 (51.71) broke the women's 100 world record
I haven't seen Peaty's 50 yet( and he may go faster in finals), but something really struck me in the 100 BR. Rowdy waxed poetic about Peaty's start and his reaction time is great,but Cordes was much better on the pullouts. He was coming up nearly 1/2 body length ahead. That also speaks to Peaty's greatness to spot the second fastest swimmer a 1/2 boy length and then blow past them. Watching Peaty's stroke, it is amazing he can keep good technique with such a high turnover. It looks to me that the way he dominates is good DPS X rapid turnover.
About Rowdy --- Can he comment without saying "RIGHT THERE" about anything in the pool?
I know it is me but, this constant use of the phrase distracts me from what he is saying.
As in "He is right there to the left and right there to his right" I M H O
