As you can see im new here so if im posting in the wrong topic please dont close this thread.
Im 24 y/o male in fit(fit just out of the water😅) without any background at swimming, just learning from youtube vids.
At the last 6 month i had the chance to swim whenever i want to so i swam 3 times a week, my averege split to 100m was 2:10
And now after hours of training watching swimming vids and reading about it i manage to sustain 1:53 sec. But it looks to me like my progression is slowing down, My target is to swim sub 1:30 split to 100m. I know its not an easy job but i willing to train hard for it
