I'm a 45 year old "out of shape" Breastroker from El Salvador trying to go from 35 sec to 31 sec in my 50 brst. Been working out by my self some weight training in the mornings and swimming about 3K meters at noon (5 to 6 days/week). I need a real training program (swim, strength, food) for the remaining three months before Budapest Worlds masters in august...Can anyone recommend a good on line coach, web site, etc???:bolt:
