Is anyone in a masters group that has a "meet" just for their members (and maybe their family members) to have fun and fellowship with each other's family members? No touchpads, just timers with stopwatches. My group swims only (not coached, just swim on your own) and chats but nothing else except for 1 invitational meet each year. I'd like to know how you make it work!
Not quite the same thing, but on a similar note, the Adirondack USMS leadership has realized that they can get a little out of touch with members, so they are doing meet-n-greets with the various local groups.
