So my son is swimming varsity this year as a sophomore! He had a setback with the shoulders after about 4 weeks of hard practice. That’s expected after a year off. This is exciting. I hope the shoulders calm down. He is stopping for two weeks to let shoulders calm down and will miss first meet.
