The 2016 SCM season isn't even over yet. The season ends on 31 December and results need to be submitted by 26 January. Then it takes a couple of weeks for them to be compiled and processed. So at best, it'll be posted in mid-February.
You can see roughly where your swims stand on the Event Rankings listings. Not all meets are submitted here so it's possible that you could fall a few slots between now and when the final figures are in. But it will give you at least an indication of where your times stand as of now.
How about the psych sheet for 2017 short course Nationals? Is that out yet? :)
