Way far back. I've been hearing these stories since the 1960s. E. Germany, Soviet Union, Romania, China, etc., etc. Where has this McLaren clown been?
I suspect he dropped a stone in the well and has yet to hear a splash.

And the dopers still find a way to cheat till new testing catches up with them.
Sad to think countries do this sometimes without telling the athletes what goes into their bodies --- or the athletes really don't want to know??
