Mr. Marsh is being HIRED as their COACH, not serving as a consultant. So, he is going to COACH to the best of his ability and turn out some good swimmers, just like he has done at other places.
How is this action any different than a person leaving company A to work at company B? Typically people seek out better benefits, better work environment, and of course better pay.
