how could i will be able to finish on a time of 30sec
It will be difficult for others to respond without knowing what your stroke looks like. Can somebody shoot video of you, or could you set up a camera yourself to video your butterfly? If so, post it on YouTube, and then provide the link here. Others will respond once they see what your stroke technique looks like.

6 seconds is a lot to expect to drop in a 50!
