Someone needs to tell Russia that state sponsored doping he is so 1976. It is more of a private sector thing now. If you have to dope to win Olympic medals, you weren't meant to be a world class athlete. Not everyone is going to be Michael Phelps, Ryan Lochte or Katie Ledecky.
