How does David Marsh get all these athletes to join his group, and then they get worse while training with him, while college boys and girls surpass them? How did he get appointed as womens coach for the US team?
Marsh is overrated and should NOT be the head women's coach. The MAC Elite group had access to so much, yet Marsh got outcoached by Bauerle, Reese, amongst others as his PROFESSIONALS were SCHOOLED by college boys and girls.

How did the swimmers you coach do at trials?
Marsh did great, 11 SwimMAC swimmers finaled and 6 made team USA. That's impressive, considering how hard it is to qualify for our OT.
Swimmers must get 2nd in individual events & top 6 in the 100 & 200 FR.
Of the 2016 U.S. Olympic roster published yesterday, six swimmers have ties to the club of SwimMAC Carolina.
1. Ryan Lochte,
2. Cammile Adams,
3 Anthony Ervin,
4. Katie Meili,
5. Kathleen Baker and
6. Jimmy Feigen
Not on the Olympic roster, but having also made Trials finals for SwimMAC Elite were
1. Tyler Clary
2. Cullen Jones,
3. Micah Lawrence,
4. Madison Kennedy
5. Tim Phillips
for swimmers who missed and had good shots.
Some of the blame falls on swimmers and some of the blame falls on coaches. It just depends how each swimmer prepared for trials and performed at trials.
