I had the opportunity to interview Olympic gold medalist Ruta Meilutyte and Rio qualifier Ben Proud at the Plymouth Leander National Qualifiers in England at the end of May. They had some great things to say about possibly continuing with Masters swimming after their professional swimming careers are over and also chatted about the importance of technique in swimming. They are both coached by Jon Rudd. Thought I would share!
