Wondering if any of you who have been longtime Masters swimmers remember Dr. Bill Phillips from the years gone by? He was my college water polo coach for four years and used to workout with our swim team at San Diego State in the mid 60s. I thought I knew him pretty well but was totally shocked to come across this story while wasting time on the internet.
