We had a scm meet on the 28th... Jan Bidrman (M50-54) swam 100m fly in 58.86 and 100m IM in 1.01.65.
W25-29 200m Fly winner swam a 2.18.7
I did 400m free in 4.20.9 and 200m fly in 2.14 (M35-39)
