I attended the masters swim camp at Auburn university last fall and found it very helpful. I especially liked the underwater video taping they did.

I am thinking of attending one of the Total Immersion 2 day freestyle swim camps. Any one have experience or opinions on these? Thanks for any input, Neal:confused:
