I am getting ready for a swim meet in the middle of March. I am trying something new and will be doing 50s (fly, *** and free). Any advice as to what my workouts should look like? I am also going to add some weight training and would welcome advice on that topic as well. Thank you in advance.

Are you going to find a masters team be just swim on your own? If you can get on a team you will do sooooo much better and have fellow swimmers to converse with and a coach to give you mannnnny tips.
