Hi there,
I swim 3 times a week and would like to add some strength training to my routine. I have a gym membership so have access to free weights and those fancy machines. I'm thinking 4 days a week - 2 days just upper body and 2 days just lower body (abs throughout).
Does anyone have a suggestion for what types of weight training exercises are best for building swim strength? I'm looking for a relatively "short" workout, something I can do during lunch at the gym. I swim in the evening.
