    Backstroke Pro - Your head is not under the water. No more worrying about messing up technique when taking a breath, timing flip turns, breathing to opposite sides, ect. as in freestyle. Con - Your head is under the water for 15 meters of a 25 yard lap. Or as long as you can last before you decide to start swimming backstroke. Thank goodness my coaches never picked up that way of "hypoxic training."
