Bursitis in Elbow - Training Adjustments?

Hello I have been a Masters swimmer & triathlete for almost 4 years. Recently in the past three months or so I've had fluid buildup on my elbow that was diagnosed as bursitis. I believe lifting weights during Dryland exercises along with swimming have aggravated my elbow. As a minimum, I am going to lay off weight training but don't want to take too much time off from swimming. Does anyone have advice regarding adjusting your swimming routine for this type of condition? Thanks
