Wish I knew, 30 yrs ago, what I do now
Hi STeve, me too. All I can say is it's never too late to start wearing a broad spectrum and at least 30 spf sunscreen for the rest of your life. The other smart component for former sun-worshippers is to get our skin checked by a good dermatologist on a regular basis.
