Learning to swim

You need to find a USMS Swim Team who participates in Swimming Saves LIves!!! You can get free swim lessons the month of April. After April the team may give lessons for a small fee (my club does). I think adults who love swimming teaching other adults who want to learn is the best of all possible combinations!!!

If there is a Y or a rec center in your community, you can also find swim lessons there, if there is no Masters club near you teaching adult swimming.
