Sore Thighs

Not sure why my thighs are sore, like I just did some running. I do not run, or bike, I actually swam less distance this weekend. Normal meals, not sick. I did a number of mid-lenght workouts at race pace. I take a multi-vitamin before I swim, and I had a protein shake after. Any ideas? Thanks,

  • It was agreed upon, with a buddy of mine, that I had a lot of lactic acid in my legs, and that I needed extra time for it to work its way out of my system. FYI, my core workout was: 3x500 free at race pace 4x100 free at race pace 1x250 flutter kick w/fins 1x250 backstroke kick w/fins 1x500 pull 2x100 fly 3x100 IM 1x100 free (cool down)
