is to be decided between the SW and New England, as can be seen in this article in swiminfo.com :

Hey Wayne, I wish you luck. NEM has some pretty good relays, though. What if they complain about all of the foreign swimmers (like me) at your meet?
Actually, it sounds like fun. Maybe Pacific should get involved . . .

We have to decide the meet format, as all events are not swum in all meets, including championships. Include top 10 scoring times in each event and relays that were swum in both meets.
We could invite PMS to this meet, but many of their swimmers come to SPMA and seem to swim faster here. When Tall Paul wants to swim fast he comes here. Actually he could swim fast anywhere. So it should be meet vs. meet and not LMSC vs. LMSC.
Bert, your center was 0.02 meters off, which places the center right over Long Beach, California, not Oregon.:D
When is Florida going to chime in, they have some great swimmers there for their Zone meet.
This might be a great annual "postal" meet, although no one uses postal anymore so I guess we call it an "Internet" meet.
Eventually we can square off against meets in Scotland, Australia etc for "International Internet" meets.
