I need to have some custom caps made. What are some sources y'all like that do a good job with printing on caps?

You might try some of the USMS sponsors:

All-American Swim Supply, The Swim Team Store, and SwimOutlet would be the best places to start.

FINIS is the easiest company to work with - our custom caps were designed quickly and at a relatively low cost. Just go to finisinc.com and look into it. :)
