He damn near gave me a coronary on the last 50. I was leaning over the glass railing screaming at him.... "Now Clark !!... Now !!!!". Still can't believe he did it. Hope they didn't get me on ESPN.
Proud of that boy. He works hard....... can't tell you how hard he works.
It's Recruiting Season, this years the HS Seniors are starting to make verbal commitments.

We're starting to see articles on swimswam.com and swimmingworld about who's committed to sign with various universities.
There's many still uncommitted. There's a lot more recruiting trips, I think each swimmer gets 6 official trips.
Signing day is the 2nd Wed in Nov, Wed Nov 11

I swam in '67-'69 and it seems that the number of dual meets has gradually decreased, the meet season seems to start earlier, but there are a few more invitational meets. Do you think this is to reduce cost or is part of a broader training scheme focused on championship meets.
