  • Caleb's 100 or Haas' 200. Pick one. So many great swims, but Haas' really stood out to me, largely because he's only a Freshman. Hard to imagine him not breaking the 1:30 barrier before he graduates. Something that is easy to overlook, given all the great single swims that happened, was Dressel recording 4 of the 5 fastest 50 free times ever....all in a single day. Nobody else has ever swum it in under 18.40. He did it 4 times on Thursday, in the prelims and finals of the 50 free and as lead off swimmer for Florida's 200 Free Relay in both the prelims and the finals. In the 200 free relay, nobody else was able to out-split Dressel's flat-start 18.24 in the finals, even with a flying relay start.
