Dealing with Swimmers Shoulder

My shoulders have started killing me again. I've been putting off my appointment with a physiotherapist for a while now but I might just have to go :badday: I know my shoulders started acting up because of way too many sprints coupled with long distance free training the next day. So I was wondering whether it would be a good idea to devote entire workouts to kicking. I was thinking about 2000m total kicking per workout. Does a kick board put stress on your shoulders? I have the Finis kick board. Also does prolonged streamline position while practicing dolphin kicking put stress on your shoulders too? I also plan to practice *** stroke while my shoulders are recovering as I understand that *** stroke puts the least amount of stress on your shoulders (compared to other strokes). Anything wrong with this? I really want my shoulders to get better quick.
