  • The writer of that article has too much water on the brain. His thought process is muddled.

    I've met many non-swimmers who sometimes they complain about the monotony of going back and forth. On the contrary I find doing repeats and working with the pace clock very calming (as do most every swimmer I know). Maybe we should all be tested for ADD?
