Broke my big toe (am 5 weeks into the healing). Though it doesn't hurt to swim, I need to tape it to do National Sprint Triathlon in a week. Any suggestions on waterproof tape to buddy tape my toes together?
Or duct tape. I used that when I used to feel hot spots coming on in adventure races and it sticks well for quite a while, even when you get it wet. I'd suggest wrapping it twice around and making sure the cut seam is on top so you don't wear it out while walking.
